Stress Management Books
Clear Your Clutter with Feng Shui by Karen Kingston is an absolute joy and eye opener. For those who can't seem to tolerate relaxation exercises, this is the stress management for you! Karen explains how changing our external environment changes us internally. I've used this program with much success.
Sivananda Companion Guide to Yoga by Swami Vishnu-Devananda is well illustrated, and well documented. I've used this book exclusively without classes. It covers breathing, diet, meditation, postures, and explanations of what it all does for you. I have absolutely found this to be a path to handling stressors better.
The Joy of Stress by Dr. Peter Hansen is one of the best books on stress I've ever read. He is able to explain in a fun, easy manner the physical implications of stress and what to do about it. If you need a fun, pointed nudge to get you practicing stress management, this should do the trick.
The Complete Book of Color: Using Color for Life Style, Health, Well-Being by Suzy Chiazzari is an amazing compilation. Suzy explains how color effects not only our eyes, but our moods and our bodies. By noticing which colors we are drawn to, we can learn about ourselves. We can also change our ourselves by changing the colors around us. Highly recommended. Other Customer Service Books and Audio
