Course Objectives Review traditional 5-step SMART goal setting; Enhance traditional goal setting with 4 additional steps; Learn how the brain creates change; Understand how one can actually create unwanted behavior in others; Modify ones own behavior to encourage a positive change in others; Create rapport quickly and easily to have more influence with others; Have a value based, 4-step model to decide whether or not to leave an organization undergoing changes; Maintain a positive attitude during organizational change through mental, physical, and writing exercises.
