Lou Adler is a veteran recruiter and is founder of CJA-The Adler Group (1978), a national executive search and training company. He is author of Hire with Your Head- A Rational Way to Make a Gut Decision, and the Nightingale-Conant audio program, POWER Hiring: How to Find, Assess, Hire, and Keep Great Talent (1998). POWER Hiring is now being used in hundreds of TEC and YPO entrepreneurial companies, and large Fortune 500 companies like Xerox, Frito-Lay, Trammel Crow, and Countrywide Mortgage.
