Coaching- Combine delivery technique and design content for maximum effect. This can also include telephone coaching for a team or an individual to ask questions regarding specific upcoming presentations within an agreed upon time frame. Train-the-Trainer- One or more individuals from an organization learn the above process so they can present and facilitate it.
