Debora Bloom works to create inclusive, respectful, and productive workplaces through diversity consultation and training. She draws on a multi-cultural, multi-racial team of women and men to powerfully and respectfully deliver her message. Her work with business, health care, and government organizations has taken her throughout the United States and a dozen other countries. Over her 25 year career, Debora has also been a department head in hospitals, a Peace Corps Volunteer in Colombia, and a senior human resource development professional in two technology companies.
